2 loaves fresh french or italian bread, slice any way you want to, cover each slice with a generous coating of butter, sprinkle with garlic salt, and parmesan cheese if you are on a roll. arrange on a baking pan or wrap in foil if you like it less crispy. bake at 350 for approx. 15 min. cover with a towel while your waiting to serve. get your carbs on!
